YUMRYIT was born from a love of beautiful things, thoughtful details and the simple act of taking time for oneself.

Crafted with care in the hills of Darjeeling, the brand is a personal expression of colour, texture and self-care — created for people who are constantly giving their time and energy away, and need a reminder to keep a little for themselves.

Meet Amrita

Former airhostess. Artist. Self-care enthusiast.

Amrita Chettri spent more than half her life outside India before returning with a deeper appreciation for home, the hills and the quiet beauty of everyday life.

Today, she creates YUMRYIT with a simple intention: to make people value self-love and self-care in an age of chaos and “no-time-for-self”. Every piece is a small invitation to pause, choose something beautiful, and make a little room for yourself.

before you order.

Because everything is made personally, we like to get the details right before anything leaves Darjeeling.

What garment sizes are available?+

Three sizes are available: Small, Medium and Large. You can tell us about your size on our Instagram or WhatsApp before placing your order so we can guide you personally.

How are the candles and soaps made?+

Candles and soaps are made by hand in Darjeeling. We use very premium-quality soy wax for the candles, gentle soap for the hand soaps, and essential oils for fragrance.

Do you ship across India?+

Yes. We ship anywhere in India for a shipping fee.

How do returns and exchanges work?+

To minimise returns and exchanges, all relevant details are thoroughly discussed on Instagram or WhatsApp before the order is shipped. If something still needs to be returned or exchanged, the return/exchange shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. The product must be received back in pristine condition. Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 4 days of delivery. As a small business, returns and exchanges have a significant impact on us, so we genuinely appreciate taking the time to get the order right beforehand.

How do I place an order?+

Orders can be placed by Instagram or WhatsApp DM. Message us with what you are interested in, and we will personally help with availability, sizing, colours, fragrance and shipping before confirming the order.
